Section 7(1) in Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint in this behalf, there shall be established for the purposes of this Act, a State Registration Authority to be called the State Registration Authority for Clinical Establishments.
