Section 12(3) in The Assam Co-operative Societies Rules, 1953
(3)The affiliating society or a financing Bank shall forward to the society concerned, by registered post-(a)a copy of the proposed amendment of the bye-laws, and(b)a copy of the resolution and decision approving such amendment.
