1. No reply has come to be filed on behalf of the petitioners to the applications filed on the behalf of the respondents for dismissal of the present writ petitions on account of Air India having been privatized.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the present matters may be taken up post vacations as the issue with respect to disinvestment is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) Nos. 23441/2022 and 23444/2022.
3. Re-notify on 13.09.2023.
4. In the meanwhile, the petitioners are also granted liberty to file their respective replies to the applications filed on behalf of the respondent.
