Section 9(b) in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005
(b)Regulatory Commission shall credit the amount of fees received from the Private Universities within 15 days in the Treasury under the Head "0202-Education, Sports, Art and Culture, 03-University and Higher Education, 0883-receipt from Private Universities" and information shall be kept in form shown in Annexure-E and a copy of the same be transmitted to Sponsoring Body.
