5. Working standards
.-(1) Every working standard weight shall conform, as regards denomination, material used in construction, and design, to the specifications laid down in Part I of the Third Schedule.(2)The maximum permissible error in respect of any working standard weight, on verification or re-verification after adjustment, shall be such as is specified in Part I of the Third Schedule.(3)Every working standard metre bar shall conform, as regards material used in construction, and design, to the specifications laid down in Part II of the Third Schedule.(4)The maximum permissible error in respect of any working standard metre bar on verification or re-verification, shall be such as is specified in Part II of the Third Schedule.(5)Every working standard capacity measure shall conform, as regards denomination, material used in construction, and design, to the specifications laid down in Part III of the Third Schedule.(6)The maximum permissible error in respect of any working standard capacity measure, on verification or re-verification after adjustment, shall be such as specified in Part III of the Third Schedule.
