885. Petitions to the King, the Secretary of State and the Governor-General.
- Rules for the submission of petitions and of memorials to His Majesty the King-Emperor of India or to the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for India and to the Governor-General of India are issued by the Provincial Government from time to time and the correct regulation may be ascertained by reference to the office of the Inspector-General.
