Later on learned counsel for applicants appeared and contended that his grievance would be satisfied if respondents are directed to dispose of the pending representations of the applicants in tune of grant of benefits to others vide order dated 6.4.2010.
2. Accordingly, the OA is disposed of with a direction to respondents to treat the present OA as a supplementary representation on behalf of the applicants and decide their claim by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Let a copy of this order along with OA be sent to the respondents.
