Section 4(3) in The Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage (Board Appointment of Committees) Regulations, 1979
(3)Each Committee formed under sub-section (1) shall have specified assignment in case an adhoc committee for its completion, as specified by the Board while resolving its formation.
