188. Presentation of application for paper book.
- Before an application book is presented, the applicant shall obtain thereon an endorsement by the Deputy Registrar specifying the amount of initial deposit required. The applicant shall then make the necessary deposit and the cashier shall make an entry on the application indicating that such deposit has been made. The applicant shall then present the application to the Deputy Registrar who may not receive it unless it is in accordance with the last preceding Rule, provided that it shall not be necessary' to check the correctness of the particulars of the papers mentioned therein until it has been put before the Editor.
