Section 4(1)(iv) in The Karnataka Repealing of Certain Enactments and Regional Laws Act, 2013

(iv)shall not revive or restore any jurisdiction, office, custom, liabilitiy, right, title, privilege, restriction, exemption, usage, practice, procedure or other matter or thing not now existing or in force;
