Section 17(1) in Tripura Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules 1978
(1)On receipt of the application and as soon as possible thereafter, the Licensing Officer shall make such enquiry as he considers necessary to satisfy himself about the eligibility of the applicant for a licence.
