5. Prohibition to make endorsement except on Government promissory note.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of section 13 of the [Hyderabad] [Repealed by Central Act 3 of 1951.] Negotiable lnstruments Act, No. V of 1318 F., no transfer of a Government promissory note shall be valid, unless such transfer is made by the holder by an endorsement on such promissory note.
