Section 5 in The Sailing Vessels (Assignment of Free Board) Rules, 1960
5. Survey.
- On receipt of an application under rule 4, the Assigning Authority shall cause the vessel to be surveyed by the surveying Authority who, on completion of the survey, shall forward to the Assigning Authority a report on the result of the survey.
