(6)The meeting for the election of the President, the Senior Vice- President and the Vice-President of Class 'B' and Class 'C' Municipal Councils, shall be convened and presided over by the Deputy Commissioner or an officer not below the rank of an Extra Assistant Commissioner, authorised by him.
