Section 22(2) in The Orissa Motor Transport Workers' Rules, 1966
(2)The Canteen Managing Committee shall consist of an equal number of persons nominated by the employer and elected by the motor transport workers. The number of elected workers shall be in the proportion of one for every 100 workers if the total number of workers is less than 500 and one for every 250 workers if the total number of workers are 500 or more :Provided that in no case shall there be more then 5 or less than 2 Motor transport workers on the Committee.
