(2)The Board or the Committee, as the case may be, shall give to the Commissioner or the Collector, or other person or persons, all facilities during inspection and for the proper conduct of the inquiry and shall produce any document or information, which is in its possession, when so demanded for the purpose of such inspections or inquiry, as the case may be.Chapter-VII Contract Farming
