Section 432A(2) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(2)If it appears to the State Government that in any Municipal Corporation bye-laws are necessary for any matter in respect of which model bye-laws have been published under sub-section (1) it may require the Corporation to adopt such model bye-laws modified to suit local conditions.
