Section 14 in Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1959
14. Transfer of property to the Board.
- The Government may transfer to the Board any building, land or other property, movable, or immovable for the use of and management by the Board on such conditions and subject to such limitations as maybe imposed by the Government.
