50. Cognizance of offences.
(1)No Court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the first class shall try an offence punishable under this Act.(2)No court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act except upon a complaint made by the Registrar or any other person authorized in writing by him, by general or special order, in that behalf.Chapter-X Appeal
