Section 2 in The Central Advisory Committee For Lighthouses (Procedural) Rules, 1976
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,(a)"Act" means the Indian' Lighthouse Act, 1927 (17 of 1927);(b)"Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee;(c)"Committee" means the Central Advisory Committee for Light houses constituted under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act;(d)"member" means a member of the Committee;(e)"Member-Secretary" means the Member-Secretary of the Committee.
