Section 7(2)(c) in U.P. (Suspension Of Sentence Of Prisoners) Rules, 2007

(c)if surrenders after one month, indiscipline shall be recorded in his roll and suspension of sentence shall not be granted to him unless until of one year after one year from the date of surrender to the jail.
