Section 25 in Himachal Pradesh Private Forests Act, 1954
25. Order on claims to rights of pasture or to forest produce.
- In the case of claim to rights of pasture or to forest produce, the Forest Settlement Officer shall pass, subject to the provisions of section 26 and 32, an order admitting or rejecting the same in whole or in part.
