Section 58(1) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957
(1)If the Commissioner is an officer in the service of the Government, the [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a), "for the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] shall make such contribution towards his leave allowances, pension and provident fund as may be required by the conditions of his service under the Government, to be paid by him or for him, as the case may be.
