Section 1 in West Bengal Trees (Protection and Conservation in Non-Forest Areas) Rules, 2007
1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This rules may be called the West Bengal Trees (Protection and Conservation in Non-Forest Areas) Rules, 2007.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
