Section 4(1) in Tamil Nadu Bovine Breeding Act, 2019
(1)The Authority in order to perform the functions conferred on it by or under this Act, or any officer empowered by it may take such steps as may be necessary so as to obtain any information from any semen station, AI service provider, AI training institute or AI technician.
