Section 1 in The Rajasthan Court of Wards Act, 1951

1. Title, extent and commencement.

(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Court of Wards Act, 1951.

(2)It extends to the whole of Rajasthan.

(3)It shall come into force at once.
