(3)Under-trial prisoners.- Under-trial prisoners shall be accommodated in separate cells at night:Provided that where cells are not available for all prisoners, adolescents and non-habitual prisoners shall be accommodated in cells first but these prisoners shall be kept separate from each other and from under-trial prisoners.
