Section 110 in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
110. Use of public drains by private owners.
- The owner or the occupier of a building or land shall be entitled to cause his drains to empty into the drains of the Development Authority after obtaining permission, in writing, of the Chairman, and such owner or occupier, as the case may be, shall comply with such conditions relating to the communications between private drains and the drains of the Development Authority as the Chairman may deem fit to impose.
