349. Sair compensation.
- The sair compensations granted to land-holders on the resumption of certain internal duties and taxes under Regulation XXVII of 1793 are in the nature of permanent annuities like malikana; and the rules relating to payment of permanent malikana apply, mutatis mutandis to them.
