21. Amendment of section 39.
In section 39 of the principal Act,(a) in clause (f), for the words “and District Authorities”, the words “District Authorities and Urban Authorities” shall be substituted(b) in clause (g), after the words “authorities at the district level”, the words “and the Urban Plan by the Urban Authorities” shall be inserted;(c) in clause (h), after the words “District Authorities”, the words “or the Urban Authorities” shall be inserted.
