Facts:-
The appellant Shri Rajesh Kumar Nimesh, vide his RTI application of 10/07/2009, sought information from the CPIO, NCERT, New Delhi, through 05 points regarding the selection process for appointment of lecturer in senior scale in ET(Visual Art) held under CAS(Career Advancement Scheme) held on 17/05/2004.
2. CPIO, vide his order dated 21/07/2009, provided information to the appellant which failed to satisfy him prompting him to prefer appeal before FAA which was not adjudicated upon.
3. Being aggrieved and not being satisfied, the appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission.
4. The matter is heard today. Both parties were present. Appellant confirmed that he had received full and complete information in respect of the first three points of his RTI application from the respondents.
5. In respect of point 4 which reads as follows:-
• Was the approval of members of interview board for the interview of Lecturer in ET for Sr. scale (Visual Art) under C.A.S. on 17/05/04 taken by the establishment committee? If yes, kindly provide the documentary proof along with names of members of establishment committee. If no, please inform which procedure was followed and also provide the documentary proof with detail.
6. Appellant stated that he had not received information.
7. Respondent stated that they will provide the information and the same was available with them.
8. In respect of point 5, respondent stated that Director, NCERT is the competent authority who considered the representation dated 07/07/2004 made by the appellant and also subsequent reminder dated 03/09/2004.
2DECISION
9. Respondents are directed to provide the information in respect of points 4&5 as stated above, within 02 weeks of receipt of the order.
10. Respondent stated that he had not received full and complete information as per directions given to respondents in the Commission's order dated 06/07/2010.
11. Respondents are directed to provide the information within 02 weeks of receipt of the order.
