Section 2(d) in The Customs, Central Excise Duties and Service Tax Drawback Rules, 1995
(d)"imported material" means any material imported into India and on which duty is chargeable under the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962);(da)"input service" shall have the same meaning as is assigned to it in the CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004.
