Section 3(4) in Orissa News Media Accreditation Rules, 2006
(4)The term of the Committee shall be for a period of two years from the date of its first meeting:Provided that where it is not reasonably practicable to reconstitute the Committee after expiry of its term, the State Government may extend the term of the Committee last constituted for a period not exceeding three months at a time and one year in all.
