Section 50(1) in The Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Act, 2001
(1)No Court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act, except upon complaint in writing made by the Registrar or any other officer authorized by the Council in this behalf by general or special order.
