Section 3(2)(a) in M.P. Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009

(a)he should be associated with an organisation which is working for the welfare senior citizen and or weaker section or in the area of education health, poverty alleviation, women's empowerment social welfare, rural development or related fields for at least two years with an unblemished record of service;
