Section 71(71) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005

71.2The investment plan shall be a least cost plan for undertaking investments in strengthening and augmentation of the distribution system and investments in the Retail Supply Business of the Distribution Licensee.
