Section 17(4) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipelines) Regulations, 2010
(4)The Board shall approve the petroleum and petroleum products pipeline tariff to be charged by the entity based on the methodology as specified under the relevant regulations on determination oi petroleum and petroleum products pipeline tariff.
