- The Registrar shall maintain the following books and registers:-(1)Cash Book(2)Ledger;(3)Inward & Outward ledger including postage accounts;(4)Dead stock register;(5)Stock register for printed certificates;(6)Receipt Books;(7)Register for grants;(8)Voucher files;(9)Attendance roll;(10)Register of leave accounts;(11)Registers required for the F. F. of the Council;(12)Service books and(13)Other registers that may be necessary.
