Section 7(4) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001
(4)In the case of appointment to the post of Executive Director by deputation or on contract, the appointment shall be approved by the Board before an offer of appointment is issued to the person to be appointed on deputation or on contract.
