Section 14(1) in Haryana Mechanical Vehicles (Levy of Tolls) Act, 1996
(1)The State Government may, by notification, make rules for securing the levy and collection of toll and generally for carrying out the purposes of this Act including the rate of toll on any toll facility and the period for its levy.
