- All cases of cholera and gestroentitis or suspected cholera should at once be removed for treatment to a separate ward inside the jail. All the contacts should at once be vaccinated of anti-cholera vaccine, and arrangements should be made as soon as possible to vaccinate the rest of the jail population.
