(2)The Committee referred to in sub section (1) shall consist of the following persons; namely:-(a)One person nominated by the Chancellor.(b)One person nominated by the University Grants Commission;(c)The Principal Secretary/Secretary to the State Government in the Higher Education Department, who shall be the Member Convener.
