Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh (Krishna, Godavari and Pennar Delta Area) Drainage Cess Act, 1985
1. Short title, application and commencement-
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh (Krishna, Godavari and Pennar Delta Area) Drainage Cess Act, 1985.(2)It extends to all the lands comprised within the delta area of the Krishna, Godavari and Pennar Rivers in the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
