Section 2(1)(i) in Medical Attendance Rules

(i)if the Government servant was appointed before 1st June 1945, and claims to be attended and treated By a European Officer of the Indian Medical Sen/ice, the nearest such officer appointed by the Government to attend its officers of non-Asiatic domicile and stationed at one of the centres specified in the first Schedule to the Indian Medical Service Civil (Reserved post) Rules, 1939;
