Section 12 in The Rajasthan Municipalities Accounts Rules, 1963
12. Inspection of office.
- The inspection of Municipal Office will be made by the Executive Officer every six months and by the Chair man once a year who shall record their remarks in an inspection book maintained for every branch of the office. The Chairman shall see that effective action has been taken to remove the defects disclosed in the inspection note. The inspections book shall be produced before the inspecting officers.
