Section 37(1) in The Jharkhand State Agricultural University Act, 2000
(1)The authorities of a University may, by notification in the official Gazette, make regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes-(i)laying down the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number required to form the quorum; and(ii)providing for matters which by this Act or the Statutes have to be regulated by Regulations.
