Section 75(6) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(6)Fire escape stair shall have straight flight not less than 75 centimetres wide with 25 centimetres tread and risers not more than 19 centimetres. The number of risers shall be limited to 16 per flight.
