Section 62(1) in The Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income And Assets) And Imposition Of Tax Act, 2015
(1)A declaration under section 59 shall be made to the Principal Commissioner or the Commissioner and shall be in such form and shall be verified in such manner as may be prescribed.
