Section 21(c) in The Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000
(c)removes or tampers with any on-site instrument or Approved Equipment installed by the enforcement officer, Inspector or Inspection Team with the intention of adversely affecting the operation of such instrument or Equipment, he shall be guilty of an offence punishable under this Act.
