3. Vide the present petition, the petitioner is primarily seeking a direction to the National Company Law Tribunal to act in accordance with law.

4. It has been put to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to how such a petition would be maintainable. He prays for time to cite case laws in support of his submissions. The petitioner is granted four weeks' time to file copies of decision, upon which he proposes to rely.
